SQUARE CURLING LINING MACHINE
Mechanically operated automatic curling-line machines for square ends.
This machine is suitable to apply the compound on square bottoms and tops by spraying nozzle. The main movements are mechanically operated and controlled by pneumatic cylinder, for a very high precision. The electrical and pneumatic equipments, as well as the used steels, are first –rate ones; parts subject to wear are thermically treated. Elements in contact with the compound features
- Lining operation : By spraying nozzle, moving around a cam follower.
- Curling operation on two sides only : Ends, while moving towards the lining head, pass through a set of curling rollers.

- No machine cleaning is required in case of production stoppages
- Reduced and simplified machine maintenance
- No need for compound pre-heating
- Reduced overall dimensions being the two working heads located on a single machine frame
The machine can be provided with an end-stacker or a pusher into the compound drying oven.
