STRIPES FEEDER MACHINE
This machine can be combined with any press without requiring any special modification. The cycle start command is given by the Operator.
The continuity of blanking and feeding is taken by an electric group fitter on the eccentric shaft of the press, interconnected to the control board of the sheet-feeder.
The machine is equipped with the following working group:
- Stripes lifting group, operated by a geared motor with worm screw
- Stripe exfoliating-insertion group, consisting of suckers and distance pins
- Stripe insertion group to the feeding slides, operated by rotating rollers
- Stripe feeding group under the blanking die, with possibility of adjusting the feeding step; the stripe feeding carriage can be commanded either by a pneumatic cylinder, or an inverter
- Scrap extraction group, installed aside the press, consisting of the rollers, which get in touch thanks to a pneumatic cylinder after the last blanking operation on the stripe.
In case of need, a double-sheet surveying and ejection device temporarily stops the machine.
During the operating cycle of the press, if the blanked piece is not surveyed by the photocell, the cycle stops automatically, to avoid any damage to the die.
